I'm not much of a sleeper and never have been. If I get one good nights sleep a week I am very lucky.
I find myself making "to do" lists for the next day, dusting through, reading or browsing CDF.

What do you do when you can't sleep?

Default Go Out Howling

I get naked and go chase all the local deer clean out of the County. Followed by a nice primal scream to get my Wolf blood flowing. Then I go back to the den and read C-D.

Who, am I kidding. Can sleep anywhere, anytime. On your rock, or mine.

I play mindless games on the computer. Solitaire, Mah-Jhong, or whatever else looks like it might make me sleepy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

One or two good hits of some pot should do the trick. Might even be cheaper than Ambian!
