I have not heard of or experienced those symptoms from yeast / fungal die off.
I was thinking it may be side effects from the Nystatin (as opposed to die off symptoms) but i googled Nystatin side effects and just by quickly glancing at a few pages, i didn't see the symptoms you mentioned as possible side effects.

So, i dunno.
Can you adjust the Nystatin intake for a short period of time to test whether or not the Nystatin is causing these symptoms?
