If I know I'm going to a party where I'm likely to drink more than I should, I do the following before hand - make sure I am well hydrated, take a B complex vitamin, and make sure I eat before / during drinking. I also *try* to remember to drink water in between drinks (easier said than done). I drink a big glass of water before going to bed (yes, having to get up in the middle of the night is a trade off for feeling bad when I do wake up).

If I do those things and don't get too crazy, I usually survive without much damage.

But for those times I didn't see it coming, alka seltzer follwed by a nice greasy hamburger, fries and a Mexican Coke.

I believe the coke made in Mexico does not have high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient. Instead, they use sugar.

That's correct. I seldom drink sodas and when I do it's usually the diet variety, but if I'm going to have the real thing, then Mexican Cokes are the way to go!

Vitamin B complex, lots of water, and extra sleep if possible. The sleep you get while buzzed is not really restorative.
