I woke up with such a bloated stomach I can't even straigten up I am trying to do some yoga excercises to move my gas along or whatever, but, I am in a lot of pain. I am also dizzy and nausous. Any ideas? I was very dizzy yesterday but no constipation. This sucks sucks
Just throwing this out there, but there is no chance of pregnancy, right? (not sure if you're male or female).
I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have all those symptoms daily. Urggh.
If you are female, PMS can do this too.
I think yoga would definitely help. What did you eat for dinner? Something high in dairy or broccoli maybe? Also, get to chugging on some water. It should help move things along and hydrate you. You can always take Colace or a laxative as an occasional treatment for constipation.
No pregnancy My husband went to get me an enema...yea way way tmi, but, that is what they make those things for. When I had surgery about fifteen years ago and my stomach felt like this I remember they did this and it helped... This isn't my idea of a perfect day at all.
Do you think you were dehydrated? That makes both of those a problem. Have some ginger tea to hydrate and get things moving. Eat food that has a lot of water in it. Google: laxative foods

Do you still have your appendix? If so do you hurt in the lower right quadrant of your abdomen? if so GET THEE TO THE ER NOW!!!!!!
+1 ER. Now if not already. Do not putz around with folk medicine. Abdominal pain is nothing to fool around with, it can kill in minutes. Our outdoor responders are taught to not even diagnose it, just escalate to a higher authority.
Everybody should join the local ambulance for $60 or so, it is a cheap free ride.
