I'd go with the original. George Washington. Very wide ranging interests. Plus, I'll bet he would have some great war stories.

Teddy Roosevelt because was a man's man. Sexy even though he was a tub and had a bushy mustache.
I could not hang out with Obama and keep a straight face. He just looks a wee bit gayish and that voice and his inflection are annoying.

Chester Alan Arthur. The man who consciously sacrificed his political career by signing the civil service bill into law (1883). When was the last time we had a President who acted that selflessly? I think I'd like to hang out with someone like that!

Warren Harding was noted for being a fun and entertaining character for certain visitors at the WH. Can't imagine Wilson or Coolidge being any fun, with Wilson giving you that cold stare and Coolidge not saying anything at all. Would kind of like to hear what Andrew Johnson had to say about his reasons for his actions (or inactions) as president. Nixon would be very interesting if you could get him to let down his guard and talk to you as he would to his staff or Henry Kissinger about foreign policy. If I could sit down with Washington, would like to know his reasons for treating Benedict Arnold the way he did (unfairly) that caused him to turn to the British.

It does not represent a problem to me. I was pointing out to you that when it is "Pick a number between one and ten"....selecting twenty is a matter of inelligibility.

If your desire to to hang out with Jefferson Davis, I've no objections. However, you are stepping outside the premise of this thread.

OBAMA. I could relate to him more than of the others by far.

I am not sure I could narrow it down. To be honest, I would hang out with any of them just to hear some good stories. But definitely some of the earlier one's in our history.
