It maybe a bit too fast for TV but it is no dobut a good thing, you get sick of watching all the medium slower pace sports ie football,baseball,basketball. Its refreshing to watch a sport like ice hockey.

See Hockey Night in Canada for the best in Hockey televsion coverage. They show that it can be done properly, it's far and away the best of Hockey on TV.

When I lived in Michigan I watched it religiously (not a wings fan) however HNC carries mostly Canadian games, Duh ~ more so Canadian on Canadian (which now days is harder to accomplish) but the quality of the broadcast is SUPERIOR to all others. I miss HNC....
