Specifically rugs. I bought an 8x10 natural fiber rug and if anyone has ever shopped them you know they are NOT cheap. But this thing is literally coming apart and it's 2 months old. I purchased it part gift card, part Visa and of COURSE have no receipt (we just had a big move). Anyone else have luck with them and returns? Looking to get an idea before I try to call and spend a bunch of time on the phone with them
