I know some people are tired of stainless. Elmira Stove Works makes vintage-style appliances with modern technology. Their "Northstar" line has fun colors.
Their Facebook page is even better, because you can see how people have designed around their appliances. I would totally put these in a kitchen. They have custom colors also.
Other firms offer "infinite custom color choices" too. The issue with such a "plan" is that it IMMEDIATELY becomes HIGHLY PERSONALIZED which might be fine if you are the kind of shopper who also does things like get all your sheets / towels / dress shirts monogramed but unlike such textile that are not really designed to last very long the odds of any color you pick today being "out of style" is essentially guaranteed by the FACT that color is the MOST TREND DRIVEN factor in design -- Pantone's 2018 Color Trends Have Been Predicted (Here's How We'd Use Them) | Martha Stewart Fact is even the most "timeless" designs are going to be dated when choosing highly saturated colors. As if that is not bad enough, any replacement parts will, just like a custom painted car, have to "color matched" unless you scrap the whole appliance...
Not really an alternative IMO, because most stainless appliances are more sleek and modern looking. Regardless of the color, I would not want throw-back retro style appliances in my kitchen.

Not an alternative for you. Not everyone has a contemporary kitchen style. Actually, most kitchens aren't contemporary.
Here's an expensive contemporary yellow stove.

+1.
The images the OP posted are just ugly to me. I could see them in a retro cottage or lake house, but not in my every day kitchen. Plus, I'd imagine they aren't cheap.
But you are the one who brought in stainless instead of just posting a thread about "Colorful options for appliances" or something like that.
And you would still have said the colorful ones I posted wouldn't work for you because they weren't in a modern style. You flat out said they were not an alternative because they weren't modern, as if that applies to everyone.
You could have just looked for a modern colorful range like the one above, and said that would be a better option for you. There's a way to say it that's not so dismissive.
