I commented before, but now that I am about 95% done with my remodel, I am looking again. My compliments again to you. I am now noticing the backsplash that you did. So nice- now I am considering something similar; I don't usually care for th 4 inch only but the way you did it was so nice and more finished looking. ( and it looks so well thought out).
Great job.
Very beautiful! I wonder what is happening in the corner under the windows? Is there a window seat there, or room for a table? I can’t tell from the picture.

Its a window seat, i always loved it the grandkids would sit there , when they were younger reading or playing games while i cooked.
Did you use a trim piece along the backsplash or is that only frraming out over the range? I am really intrigued with this idea of tiling 4 inches or so and then for me, I have the raised cabinets above the sink.

The trim is only around the framing. The marble backsplash is beautiful when the light hits it.
