I thought I would like a dremel but it makes my hand go numb and I can't control it. I don't know why, a big sander doesn't do that.
You are correct, not crazy. They make your hand go numb in less then 5 minutes. Imagine doing it for 3 weeks while trying to scrap 75 doors? Those things are for hobbyists, not professionals.

Are you going to answer my previous question about an online recommendation for the OP?

Oh sorry that was not intentional. Yes the OP did say the big box rip off stores are their only option. Some of the most rural areas in the USA are still within an hour of a major city so I can't accept that as an issue.
I believe I did mention where I buy these unfinished or finished doors but that may have been another thread. I buy from Decorative Specialties in California. They are the very best and not crooks. It's mail order but so are almost every other product these days. Problem with mail order is YOU BETTER have those dimensions correct because returns are either not an option or too expensive. That's why I did suggest someone who knows how to measure doors or door openings do the measuring.
Remember....even some of the largest cabinet manufacturers in this country do not make their own doors. Cabinet doors is a whole nother business. Cabinet manufacturers buy from these door manufacturers. And ALL cabinet manufacturers have a patent on the door profiles......meaning the edge detail. This means no one can go to a tool store and buy a shaper bit to cut their own doors to match. I'm sure you can get close with readily available shaper and router bits but not exact.

Glad to know that I'm not the only one. I was thinking carpel tunnel, ugh!
Here we go again. You will be sexually violated buying from the bis box stores Desert says. Does anyone really believe this?
Yes they most certainly do believe the truth. Why don't you just work there if they are so pristine. Most people say not so nice things about their competition. You praise them like the Lord of the building industry. Obviously you don't work with professional contractors because none of us go to the big box stores unless in a quick emergency. Try comparing construction materials with the Conklin's and the BMC's and the Bison's and the Masons of the industry. All made in the USA, shipped within only the USA using only materials harvested in the USA or Canada at a fraction of the cost of the Chinese crap your favorite store sells for.
Sheesh man back off. Everyone knows this and says so. You ignore it all except when I say it. I tried to make peace but not anymore.
By the way.....what value did you just contribute to this thread and the OP's question?

Let's say that most people can't do that.... but anyone with just a little bit of skill can... took the measurements to make the shaper bit (I run a Powermatic PM2700 at home as a plaything).... sent the CAD plans to a local toolsmith, and $75 later had a TC shaper bit that was an exact replica.
I make my own doors, and can do them out of solid black walnut for about $10-$15 apiece (yes, my labor is free, and of course none are for sale). Only difference between these and anything made commercially is the quality, as these are a labor of love, not the bottom line $$ profit.
