First of all and probably cheapest, I would paint all the siding to match the dominant color of the brick. It is so bright now it stands out and looks top heavy. The top siding and the door area. And the side and back if they are white siding too.
A Gable over the door with some pillars and new porch railings would help draw attention away from the bay window.
That's an awful addition because it makes the house lopsided. It looks like a double wide was dropped on top of it. The rooflines are all wrong. They should have faced the roof on the addition the other direction instead of making it a peak.
Replacing the one window with two above the two below would help. Replacing the siding with matching brick. If you're keeping the siding, paint it to blend in with the brick, and remove some of the lower pieces because it's too low coming right down to the top of the first floor windows like that. Maybe a covered porch that extends across the front to try to connect it all together.
Honestly, it really needs a complete overhaul facelift. I hope it's not your house. I don't think it will be a cheap fix.

A third triangle roof in the middle might be just what it needs. I'm not trying to pull away from the bay window. I think something needs to tie those three roofs together. It has to be the right scale. An architect needs to be consulted to get the right rooflines for a porch or roof over the entry.
My BIL raised the entire roof on his ranch into a very steep gable. It's stunning inside and out.
Shutters on the top window even though it wouldn't cover the middle pane. I think that window looks lonely on that big wall, and shutters might make it look wider.
Paint the front door a pleasant blue to add some color to the front.
Add some medium sized bushes across the front in a simple flower bed. You could put bricks across the front and add mulch, and you're halfway there. The landscaping is pretty boring.
A different front door altogether would look a lot better. Maybe something with some glass panes.
If the siding were painted a little bit darker, I think it would blend better with the brick. There's a pretty big light/dark contrast going on.
I'd do some serious landscaping along with some tree trimming or cutting down to get more light into the area.
That upstairs window looks kinda lonely, i'd probably double its size and install double doors and a small balcony. http://static-p2.photoxpress.com/jpg...CvzT9s_PXP.jpg
