Assuming brand new house, mine would be:

Window blinds, ~$1,800
Refrigerator, ~$1,500
Washer & Dryer ~$1,200

Others, if you are starting from scratch:

TV + Sound System package, ~$4,000
Bedroom package, ~$4,000
Dining room package, ~$2,000

Lawnmower and garden tools -- Just contract someone; saves you storage space, potential injury and time.
