overwhelmed with the different security camera systems out there (phone, install, lighting)

Hoping someone can give me suggestions.

I am looking for something that:

*records
*sends me notifications on my phone of activity
*if i install camera above my garage IN THE MIDDLE i want it to follow the motion of people stalking the driveway left and right

I also want a flood spotlight, so the light comes on and i am notified by a device inside the house - i used to have one when living in the UK, the device makes a ding dong sound, and the spot light comes on.

can anyone suggest something based on what i have listed?

I would avoid any internet based cameras. Ring cameras have also been hacked. This video is scary.

I got the Night Owl system with four cameras as a gift yesterday. My grandmother has had the same one at her house for the past year, and it has been flawless. The cameras have spotlights that can be turned on or off. It's not wireless though, so it requires possibly crawling through the attic.
