Hi,

What brands/models are your favorites? We need to install filters in our 2 showers (one is a handheld and one is regular).

TIA

There are lots of different types of filters and lots of claims about what they can do.

First question: what are you trying to remove from the source water?

I’ll leave brand/model to one’s own choosing-

The answer to the real question- KDF filter. For those who just “have to have” filtered water on their “delicate parts”!

If you are a registered Moen owner, Moen offers the F2300 inline showerhead filter through their Moen Plus loyalty program. I don't know how good it works since I never used an inline showerhead filter, but since I am a loyal Moen customer, I get their emails about new products all the time (I was one of the first to buy their pulldown laundry faucet at a highly discounted rate before it was released to the general public this year). I trust the Moen brand, so if you have access to Moen Plus it might be worth considering.

Alternatively, if you don't have access to Moen Plus, you could try the Kohler Aquifer showerhead filter (sold at HD).
