Those extra garages (garage, doors, new, large)

What are those extra tiny garage doors next to the main ones that I see in many real estate ads for newer homes. I have seen these in photos of many houses in the West (and never in the East). The door does not seem to be big enough for any car larger than a Smart . Can that many people have ATVs or motorcycles so that a space for them comes automatically with a new home ?

If it is a golf course community that would be where one would keep their golf cart. Some developments have cart paths for them to use instead of having to use a car all the time. This way they have a garage for them that does not need to be a large one as it would be for a full size car.

If you are talking about the door on the right in this pic it's the 3rd car garage. A lot of west coast houses have the garage as the only thing facing the street. Perspective can make it look like that door is very small. The one on left is for 2 cars right side a single car.
