Did anyone consider these online stores for buying major kitchen appliances? I found prices are much lower than the other local stores. Some offer free delivery and there is no tax on them. I am thinking about checking local stores, taking model numbers and checking online stores. I am not sure the delivery people install the appliance or not. Please share your good or bad experience.

I have purchased both a refrigerator and a large screen TV online. They were delivered factory new at a better price than any local seller would even discuss. I would do it again. Installation was not included but I had no problem doing it myself.

Another view. Your local stores pay local taxes and provide local jobs. They give to local projects. Maybe you saved a buck today. What about tomorrow??? Please don't send yours kids in local stores asking for donations after you have cut their throats.

that's bs! its a dynamic environment, whatever happened to competitiveness? maybe the stores need to rethink their strategy.
tragic imo, for years local stores have skyrocketed the prices of goods simply because they could; now they face the fact that people are more apt to buy cheaply and take a chance unknowingly.

can you buy it cheaper on the internet? sure!
can you wait for the ship? maybe
can you trust it? maybe
can you take a chance? yes/no

I bought my sink and fridge online. Now i'm just waiting for my dishwasher! :-D

Don't get me started on a retail store rant.

What ever happened to loyalty??? When your community tax base is gone, where will the money come from???

whatever happened to loyalty to costumers?
the money will be there...it just means that they have to perform a bit better with their exponential prices.
they don't need to cut down on staff. their products are recieved from the same location that online retailers recieve from.

to the op: ive used AJ Madison before. They're good and prices are pretty much lower. AJ Madison: Appliances, Refrigerators, Cooking Ranges, Ovens, Stoves, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Air Conditioners & Much More!
i can try to find other sites for you if needed
