Three years ago I got a quote on granite counter tops: $6,500.
Two years ago I got a quote on a new air conditioner unit: $9,900.

I saved up. I NEVER borrow money. I just installed the new A/C. It only cost $4,900. --the economic downturn according to the sales guy has reduced prices!!!!

I had enough left over to get a new quote on the granite counter tops: $3,650!!!!!

WoooHoo!!!!! I got enough left over from the $10,000 that I save up to take a cruise!!!!!

Good job on saving. For those that have been saving the economic down turn makes it a great to time to buy.

Enough your new purchases.
