According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
In June many temporary jobs (census) disappeared and maybe the oil spill had an effect, but the Houston's economy is so strong..It created 600 jobs despite all these headwinds

I believe it. The panhandlers selling bottled water (hopefully, they have their permits in check) are out en masse!

Renaud - when your Mom & Dad let you come over and visit Houston one day from France, you may see that the the OP is pretty spot on regarding panhandlers selling bottled water and urban window washers cleaning your windows when your under the freeway underpass for recent Job Growth trends.

I know you're disappointed to see jobs creation in Houston, don't cry
I don't say it's great (600 jobs, it's weak for this city) but this city continues to create jobs despite headwinds (oil spill, census jobs ended..)
