Did anyone see on the news where an illegal alien robbed a girl and shot her in the back when she tried to run away? I hope the parents sue the federal government for negilence he was not supposed to be in this country if he was not here she would still be alive. It looks like they could argue the federal government is guilty of negilence. They also should get Jessie Jackson involved maybe make it a class action lawsuit. The states should also file a class action lawsuit because it cost money to house them when they are arrested for a crime. Then part of the lawsuit should be that the federal government has to give Mexico an ultimatium either they take care of their drug cartel problem or the US will do it for them.

I just think that both should not have been there. the killer or the girl. 14yr olds out at 2am?? parents are equally as responsible IMO.

Mexico's drug cartel problem is caused by the US. Legalize marijuana and a vast majority of the problem will go away, since marijuana is the main product being smuggled. Once it is legalized it can start flowing through channels that don't require violence in order to have them transported.

That is not the issue. The issue is that the federal government is liable for her death.

One murder already in jail beat the crap out of him last night. Unfortunately he didn't finish the job.

I do agree, this government has done a shameful job with the border situation. Politicans want 20 million votes by giving amnesty to these felons.

Why would JJ go after the Obama administration? He's not going to do that.

Its not just the administration its the whole thing. They are responsible for national security. Allowing illegals in is a security risk like when they kill 14 year old girls. If they are illegal there is no way of knowing what kind of criminal recored they have. Maybe Quanell X will go after them. Have a press conference with the parents, Quanell X, border patrol, Jessie Jackson. Jessie Jackson might be able to argue that it was partially racially motivated.
