Spring/Klein born and raised. I consider it Houston. Spent 8 years in Philly. It's still my home away from home, but Houston will always be HOME!

7th here.

And yeah, I'm one of the "natives" that some people never see. Many transplants have a way of running in their own social circles. Guess it doesn't really matter where they are.

I too was born at Sharpstown Hospital (my birth certificate reads "Humana Hospital Sharpstown" which appears to be its offical name back at the time).

Grew up on the far Southwest side in the Quail Run subdivision literally a stone's throw from the Missouri City-Houston line. It's in the small sliver of Houston in Fort Bend County. I actually went to the Westland YMCA for many summers and had friends from all over Southwest Houston as a result. Great experience. (This was at the very tail end of the period that Fondren wasn't ghetto and the very beginning of its transition).

When I was 11, my family moved to First Colony, were I attend FCMS and Clements High School (c/o '02). I now reside in Huntsville, TX.
