Right on point about J cards. Have you seen some of the pay scales? Very low.

I agree with those who mentioned we may get 10 inches of rain and then nothing for weeks. If you have yet to experience one of these storms with seemingly endless heavy rainfall you are going to be in for a real surprise! The storms we have down here can be pretty intense...really quite amazing actually.
As someone else also commented it's important to keep the moisture level consistant around slab fountations here otherwise one can encounter some costly foundation problems. Some houses even have systems installed for the sole purpose of "watering" the foundation.
