What is that fenced area that they just put a street sign up for - May Ct??? They cleared the area almost 3 years ago. I remember because it was just before Ike and I made the comment that if they had just waited a couple of weeks they could have saved on the cutting down of some of the trees. They put a dirt path what I thought seemed to be a drive. Then, a privacy fence went up, then they took out every other plank of the fence, then they planted shrubs all along the fence only to let most of them die (also along the dirt path as well). I think the dirt path is now paved and there is a street sign - May Ct.

I live in one of the surrounding subdivision and drive by it almost daily and no one seems to know what it is. Perhaps they're just going to be building a house but then I wonder why this "drive" is now a street? Wouldn't they just use a Hughes Ranch address? We'll be selling our house next summer (2012) and I just wonder what it is and will it affect selling our house since we're already probably going to have a hard time anyway.

I think I know what you are talking about. I believe that's going to be a small subdivision. One way in and out. I've passed by it a total of maybe 2 times, so I could be wrong. But all signs pointed to that.

Thanks. I thought of that until they planted all those plants along the now named street. I thought, how could they put drives in and have construction vehicles coming in and out w/o destroying all those plants. Well, now most of those plants are dead so I guess it doesn't really matter where the new drives are whether the construction vehicles are all over the place.
