Has anyone tried these or any other non-surgical program for weight loss?
HCG Diet (Equilibrium @ Galleria) or the Well Care Clinic (on TC Jester)

If you or someone you know has tried a non-surgical weight loss program successfully, please provide names. I will appreciate recommendations.

I was expecting this response. Thanks for your concern. But I'm trying to help a good friend who has other problems. Yes, already in a diet and exercise plan. Not expecting a "miracle", knows it will take a good year if not more to get down to better numbers.

Weight Watchers! It is a completely "livable" plan. You will be taught how to eat healthy, while at the same time, enjoying the occasional indulgences we all love. No extra food to buy or special meal plans....just healthier way of eating and the pounds will disappear. I guarantee it. There are meetings all over the City...go to their website to find one near you.

My dad did the atkins while I just did a 1200 a day calorie intake diet. I went from 250 to 183. And by no means am I still only doing 1200 a day. But that weight loss required practically no exercise. But I go to the gym 4 days a week now eating anywhere from 2000-3500 calories a day and I still weight around 180-185. But I still do not touch fast food and haven't for a few years. If you just avoid fast food then it'll be easier to lose weight.
