It has to be the lack of zoning.

Every one thinks we should have it but I think it makes the city very convenient. The City makes good use of Restrictive Covenants and Deed restrictions, so I see the lack of zoning as a plus.

no but on a serious note. probably the access/feeder roads

It alleviate a lot of traffic.

Living here in Atlanta, the tree line freeways make it hell to exit off the freeway in rush hour. One exit can be backed up for miles because of this. Especially the downtown area. They have no feeder roads to alleviate it.

Experiencing this can make me take sign/billboard/feeder lined freeways anyday over scenic woods with miles and miles of traffic trying to get off one exit

Mosquitos. Definitely... I love the high-pitched buzzing, the itchy bites, their spindly, creepy little bodies. I actually leave standing water out in the yard to ensure I have lots of the cute little buggers around.
