Greyhound is infamous for their poor customer service and seedy facilities. I'm sure it's the same at almost every location across the country.

Just beware!!! No real parking available and if you park in the mcdonalds parking lot after 10pm you vehicle will be towed as soon as you walk away from it. So if going have someone to sit in your car or just drop person off and go. Happened to me and want to apprise others of this situation as the signage for the towing is not very visible unless you know its there.

Parking in a business lot then walking across the street is generally a good way to get your car towed in Houston, even if the business is closed. Their property, their rules. If you leave someone in the car, they will likely be asked to move the car off the lot, or HPD will get called for a trespassing complaint.

Default Live Reality....

Whenever I drive past that place, I drive slow to take it all in. It is like watching a documentary on HBO, but in real life! Some of the stuff that happens outside, and by the McDonald's is very interesting indeed! Lock your doors.

It's full of crime and criminals, and an HPD officer was shot in there a few years ago, then the suspect shot another HPD officer at the McDonald's across the street before he went into the parking garage down the street and killed himself. I picked up an old girlfriend there years back and we were lucky to get out of there in one piece, even though we were just there a few minutes. The Greyhound buses are full of the same types of people. I'd fly, drive or take Amtrak for long distance travel, but never Greyhound.
