Me and my fiance are looking for an all bills paid apartment. Like including water, electric, cable, trash, etc... We've been told that there are some good apartments on westhimer thats all bills paid that are around 550-575 for one bedroom. We just want a one bedroom apartment thats all bills paid. Anywhere in the sw area due to work. I know its alot to ask for but its worth a shot before expanding our search. I've heard westpoint, the marquee, the plantation on westhimer are good all bills paid apartments. So if anyone know any good apartments that is all bills paid for 600 or less will be great. Thanks for anyone's help.

Hire an apartment locator. Doesn't cost you a cent.

+1. Personally, I'd recommend one that works for Finger apartments. Their apartments seem to run the gamut of cheap to luxurious and the apartments are always kept up nice regardless of the price.

Lantern village is the best

There are 1856 apartments I think 2nd biggest complex in TX and the security is patrolling 24/7

Lived there for 9 years and never had a poblem. Security is the reason there are many single woman living there

$675 for 1 bedroom washer dryer and all bills paid

West Point on Westheimer used to be all bills paid, not sure now.

I'd go with Lantern Village though. the Tacos Coyote truck on Gulfton and Renwick is pretty good tacos.

Gonna come back and bump this. Found an apartment but before we signed, we checked out our unit and found out something was wrong with the electric breaker so the unit we were going to move into was about 100 degrees hot! We can tell they just used the cheap sticky paint to paint over the cabinets, and worse of all, saw a dead rat....... So if anyone know some decent apartments in the westhimer, westchase, or sw area, please comment! I wanted to check out this place from this craigslist ad NMK126 All Biils paid highl Rated Community,Waher/dryer (http://houston.craigslist.org/apa/2820968502.html - broken link) anyone know about those apartments? First time renter here so help me out!

The only place I know of is the Skyline Apartments. I'm pretty sure you would want to stay away from there though. Sorry
