I am very new to Houston, I am looking for apartment to look around Pasadena ISD which is affordable in safe neighbourhood. I should be able to get frequent transportation facility

Try the Sandstone Apartments at Fairmont and Burke, reasonable price, easy access to everything and very little crime.

I was going to suggest the same place. My husband came down to Houston and lived alone for awhile while we waited for our home in IL to sell and he stayed at the Sandstone apartments. He never had any issues and the apartments were very cheap.

If you can find a owner rental at Walnut Hill Condos - those are very safe and fairly nice.
