What are the most common sources of allergies in the Houston area, particularly NW and Far NW?

I lived in West Houston and had allergies in spring and fall for a few days typically when mold was high in fall and when pollen was heaviest in spring. In NJ I was allergic to cats tail pollen. In the hill country I was allergic to cedars, but worst place for me is Dallas where I now live. Ive had four nasty sinus infections in the past 12 months more than any other time or place. Taking shots now for Bremuda grass, mold, some trees, and some weeds. I cant speak to your allergies and didnt mean to turn this into a Dallas vs Houston thing but it is what is it. When do your allergies peak, now?

Depends on the time of year. In the spring, Live Oaks will get you on any side of town. Most of the allergens are the same all over town, but there are (generally) more pines to the north, more grass to the south.
