For those that want the city of Houston to preserve more of their history you can be apart of something monumental for the city of Houston and help donate to creating the Houston Blues Museum. My girlfriends mother is apart of the board of Directors and more museums in Houston mean more tourist and more positive attention to the city of Houston. They already generated interest from prominent figures in the Blues community and also on Good Day Houston. Houston has a rich blues history that is pretty underrated when speaking on the blues scene. Eventually the Houston Blues Museum will find a permanent home but things could kick off alot faster with help from the residents of Houston. I mean most projects like this start with the people.
