Hello,

I am buying a new construction (inventory home) in Richmond TX, and would like to get it inspected by a good home inspector. The home is built by the relatively new builder and I am a first time home buyer so do not have necessary experience/background info regarding the inspection process.

I would really appreciate if someone can point me to the right direction, and I don't want want to use the inspector recommended by my realtor/lender.

I looked at the ' Houston Association of Real Estate Inspectors Residential' but they look all same to me.

Best regards,

I used Robert Waitschies from Image Inspections. I also purchased an inventory home in Richmond and was very impressed. He was very detailed and professional.. He takes pictures of everything he finds and will go through it via a slideshow at the end of the inspection.
