Look one of my gripes about TW is the lack of racial diversity but it gaining more diversity in that department. Trust me ever since my gf moved here back in 2010 I've seen this change that fast and continues to grow. And it's different then any burb in Houston. That's what I've been telling people and alot of people from other states and cities notice the same thing. Which is why TW is growing pretty fast. It's alot of transplants in TW and it makes for a interesting mix of ideas that combine together to make something new and exciting. It's kind of reminds me of some areas inside the loop just on a smaller scale. Trust me TW is not like Kingwood,Pearland,Katy,Humble, Spring. I can't speak on Sugarland which would probably be another "stand-out" burb. But I can tell you alot of those places I've been to all feel the same and are filled w/ bland sub-divisions. Even though the houses are nice, it just feels like those communities don't have that much character. TW to me feels the most unique out of all the burbs in Houston.
This is exactly what I mean by the obnoxious attitude. Go ahead and keep telling us how much better all of you are up there.

LOL, I don't even live in The Woodlands I live in Northwest Houston. I'm in The Woodlands every week to visit my gf or to hang out every once and awhile. IMO The Woodlands stands out more. I have a right to say something is better then the other. What you want me to say their all the same and it's one big happy family?? LMAO, I mean dude calm down nothing obnoxious about what I said. I didn't say the people in TW were better or anything like that. Clearly if you ventured into TW you would see they try their best to make that place unique in it's own right.

Ya know, some people like chocolate, some vanilla and some pistachio. In order for something to be good, does not mean anything else has to be less good. Places should not be in competition.

Why do we keep knocking somebody else's choice?

Dude, who cares? Stop caring about what others think. If YOU like where YOU live, let it go.

I'll make an effort to find that link. It was kind of random searching where I found it. In the meantime, here is a great article.

The traditional idea of either suburb or in-town is what has changed. It is great to have successful hybrids to choose from.

Woodlands Office Space At Capacity

Wow, 98% occupancy rate. That has to be the highest in the country. I honestly don't think it's possible to be at 99 or 100% realistically speaking.
