I'd have that expectation in any state -- a lot of states are in bad shape and Texas appears to be generally overall better off.

More and more surbs are being designed like the woodlands , maintaining the traditinal home cores while creating town centers that rival most smaller cities.. this tread is actually spreading already in the last five years Houston has created plans for five such commnuites whith more being designed.. The outdated mindset of what a sub is slowly chanaging
Woodlands is the only one like that currently. What are the other 5 communities?
