The vocal minority. There's a lot of that going around these days.

Someone gave me this... as a REP:

Quote:
I'm all for splitting off from the illegals & democrats in my beloved Texas - I work hard for my top 5% income & have employees & company expenses to pay..now they want MORE of my money to fund lazy/border crossing illegals - can't take it anymore.
Please, people, learn to use the INBOX instead of giving people points for something you are actually against.

The ironic part is that the people saying they would move out of the country would most likely be moving to a country with socialized medicine and high taxes. The two items they are trying to get away from.

Sadly some people think that way,
they think "I'll move to Texas because is a red state" as if that's the most important thing in life

The secession talk is just tough talk from internet tough guys who don't know anything. Imagine how screwed NJ would be if they were to "secede" and didn't have access to federal funds? Houston gets hit every now and then too.

The whole idea is stupid. And to get enough signatures to warrant a govt response...... Well because its a govt response, no telling how much money that is going to cost the taxpayers. Nothing is free when it comes to a government response except maybe to those who don't work and contribute to society
