Can you elaborate or share why? Honestly we are leaning that way but I am interested in everyone's opinions.

Thanks all for the responses.

SCR
Three pools/rec centers, fourth under construction
hiking/biking paths
land grant given to Pearland for the city to develop a recreation park
Two tennis courts
Main access Highway 288

Sienna
Four pools/rec centers
hiking/biking paths
Club Sienna with eight lit/fenced ball diamonds, football field, soccer fields, playground
Equestrian Center
eight tennis courts
fitness center
Golf course with resident discount
Main access Highway 6/Fort Bend Toll Road

Downside to SCR is traffic. Lots of people coming and going from outside the community, through the neighborhood proper and going to the town center/518. Location of the landfill. While there is a current agreement to limit the size of the landfill to six stories, the ultimate plan is to have it bigger.

Sienna is a further trek to shopping, but with the addition of the new Walmart, and with the completion of the FBCTR in the community, further development is likely. Depending on your home location, ambient train noise could be an issue. It's a trek to get to 6 depending on where you are.
