I went to my parent's lake house last weekend in Marble Falls, and the cedar about did me in. Still recovering.

Ps- I would chose Brenham, and the Antique Rose emporium, over Fredericksburg. It's closer and has roughly the same amount of things to do. Fredericksburg is a long drive and the shops basically all carry the same things. The Northern Hill Country is more of place to stay as a destination, ie visiting a ranch, a lake house or golf resort .

Around San Antonio you could at least stay at the Hill Country Hyatt and do Sea World and the Riverwalk. You only need to do it once in your lifetime, and you're done.
I'm not sure if I'm searching for the right place on google map, is it Brenham the small village east of San Antonio?

Therefore this one should be the place: Houston, TX to Brenham, TX - Google Maps

No that is a multiday trip unless you got a really early start. It is about 3 hours to New Braunfels. You could hit a few places with that time.

It is about 30minutes north. The area is half way between Austin and SA. I would hit a few of those places. Gruene, Wimberly, Dripping Springs, Austin. Have dinner at Oasis on Lake Travis. You can do that in a day if you get an early start.

I have never been to Natural Bridge. I have always wanted to check it out.

Take a drive to Round Top solely for pie (and maybe a beer from the cooler on the front porch): Royers Round Top Cafe

Or if you like antiques go on these dates: Royers Round Top Cafe
The antique dates may also be called Round Top flea market but not sure. http://ohhappyday.com/2011/10/round-...s-flea-market/
