Any update or truth to the HEB on 1463 at Cinco Ranch or Fry?

If they would build a Target soon nearby there, would be fantastic as well.

Yes, get ready for construction to start soon - do a search on this forum or the internet for WestPark tollway for more info.

Heb will be breaking ground on 9 stores in 2014 and 5 in 2015. From what I have heard they will be building a store in the Fulsher area just not sure when. I would think it would be one of the stores breaking in the next 2 years.

I dont' think they will do anything on 1093/1463 until the expansion is completed. Traffic is already a nightmare in that area.

I noticed a job trailer on the 1463 side this weekend.

*now, that trailer may be there for the tollway expansion you mention and NOT the WM build out.

Tollway expansion starts in November according to HCTRA/FBCTRA. Not sure about the other mess though. I'll look shortly as I am headed that way.

I drive in to work on 1093 from 99. I have symphony pains for the drivers on 1093 trying to get to 99. Traffic there is horrible...add in an accident, stall or emergency vehicle...well you might as well put it in park.
