The new Segment E of the Grand Parkway has been "inaugurated" with a Hennessey Corvette going at 200mph to test the toll system. Watch the video here:

Watch Hennessey's 2014 Corvette Hit 200 MPH, Test Texas's Toll System

I'll have to get a Bugatti Veyron @ 250mph to see if I can keep the camera from taking a snapshot of my license plate.

From what I can see in the video, the car didn't have a cage in it. And at 200 mph I don't know if it would help in any way.

Look at the Police radar at the end of the video. It goes between 199 and 200 and finally sets at 200 mph.

Hennessey is a joke in the aftermarket world. All marketing and substandard work.

What car? Different tuners usually specialize in different makes. For a Vette LMR in Houston is one of the better ones.

Cool , there in my neck of the woods too, now all I need is a Vette to trick out

The question is can they get the DPS and Lieutenant Governor to let them cruise the next segment of TGP to open?
