Use a neti-pot in the mornings with distilled water and the saline packets.

My ENT prescribed Flonase and told me to also take OTC Allegra. It has literally changed my life...for the better.

Can you get Flonase over the counter? Or is it prescription?

Check on your health provider website and go to someone near you. Not a big deal to get someone to give a checkup and write a prescription for some zyrtec or something.

Zyrtec is over the counter. There is a prescription spray that is the awesome called.Dymista. I found Flonase and just about every other allergy spray to be worthless. Dymista is a pretty new drug. Go see an allergist. For now go to Walgreens and buy some Zyrtec and Musinex.

I found an old case of Flonase in my drawer from when I had a sinus infection last year. Expiration reads Aug 2014. I used some this morning. That's ok right? The instructions read spray twice daily (morning & night) into each nostril. Needless to say I feel much better...
