Does anyone know what businesses are coming to the southwest corner of 1463 and Corbitt? Part of Churchill Farm homes back up to this proposed commercial area. We are looking to build on a lot that backs up to this open lot. I would hate to have my home back up to a gas station. Any suggestions or ideas?

If you search on this forum for "1463 Corbitt rd" you will find your answer. I am also building in Churchill farms and decided against one of the lots that you are looking at because it could possibly be a gas station. I am building on the south side of Churchill Farms (the other 50's section). At this time this commercial section is: TBD. I wouldn't risk it if I were you especially when there are other lots available in Churchill. Direct message me with any questions you may have!

It is my understanding that is supposed to be store front like the building across the street at Cardiff. At least that is what we were told.

No. A gas station and store front like across the street. That's all that has been proposed.

Don't think so. You'd have to research it.

Do know if this is true, but I was told that intersection will eventually have a turnabout cricle added to it.

Looked them up and they have done "mini-storages" in the past...not sure if that's an indication of the future.
