I don't think so. In fact, I believe it was announced by the district that even though some rezoning was proposed in their recent facilities study, no actual rezoning would take place for the coming school year. That is likely to be a separate process with various meetings, surveys, etc to collect feedback from the potentially impacted community members over the course of the next year.

Not yet but I believe they plan to, the part of Telfair zoned to Cornerstone Elementary at least. The latest I saw said Cornerstone Elementary would be rezoned to Austin High, and Austin High will be expanded. This is because the Imperial development is expected to add students to Kempner High.

Do you know what's the plan for cornerstone as it's getting overcrowded? Will they build a new elementary?

Rezone Avalon at Telfair from Cornerstone to Commonwealth. That is the future plan after the school in Riverstone is built.

According to latest board meeting (FBISD website), it looks like Telfair would go to Clements in future academic years.

This is still proposed. Expect there to be a lot of push back by a lot of residents in the current Clements zoned area.

You would think Clements is already overcrowded

Clements is the least overcrowded of Kempner, Austin and Clements. It is the most logical for Telfair. Some Clements parents are not happy. Did anyone see the horrible flyer they were handing out at Commonwealth Elem. last week?
