Back in 2010 I bought ours home in 77094 over pictures from 14,000 miles away. The house was only on a market 2 hours.

Happens around here too. Hand written pleas from families, pictures included, just wanting to get in the neighborhood, and to have a choice not to live on a major street or deal with a complete remodel.
