Not surprising...
They rate the schools, crime, etc. in there, so for those who don't know, there are not a lot of uneducated, unemployed, undocumented, Medicaid, WIC, EBT, 'living high on welfare' people in those zip codes high on the list. The further out you go, and the closer you get to undesirable neighborhoods, the demographics reflect reality.
