I don't think you give salespeople enough credit. The best ones are honest and earn the trust of the customer. I simply state the facts, you can't operate on fear. As of right now inventory levels are still at all time lows, leading to higher demand. This could easily change and time will tell.

I will say this, I have sold homes during some tough times here in Houston, and I will say that this is where "location, location, location" really came into play. My friends who sold in Sugar Land, Katy, Woodlands, and the inner loop still had great years. It was the "b" locations that really were hurting.

When will the day come that we can run our cars, planes , 18 wheeler trucks and homes off of solar power and water only?

No gas is needed anymore ever. Will be a great day indeed

Heard some whispers that a couple majors will be letting some upstream contractors go. As expected when more rigs get idled.

Those in boutique or hospitality industries may want to watch their spending.
