The people who were making bank and not living like they were still making $30K are the people who have never seen this happen before. Either that, or they're really stupid.

Buying a car for a year's salary is stupid. I'd like a Corvette as much as the next guy, sure, but I don't want to have to sleep in it.

Hooray! This is the only positive side I could see from the oil price turmoil! The taste of Houston oilfield wives will be improved by this incident. LOL!
