How are all of these strip malls being permitted? Pretty soon it will look like Mason with all the congestion.

The capital that otherwise moderate-income immigrant families can pull together from relatives both domestically and abroad can be impressive.

Counties do not regulate land use, except as relates to drainage and in exurban/rural areas, septic systems.

No one is "owed" a road without traffic congestion.

The design of the road itself, and location of driveways, maximum block sizes, etc., is regulated by the infrastructure standards and subdivision ordinances of whatever city's ETJ the area is in.

I never said we were not owed to have congestion due to traffic. This is Cinco Ranch! The congestion I was speaking of was small business with no large retailer to draw in larger crowds for the small business exposure. It would be nice to see one non fast food restaurant prefer it not to be a chain restaurant in the area.
