Hello everyone!
I am looking to move to Sugar Land, but I'm unsure which realtors are the best, so I'm looking for recommendations.
I'm looking for a realtor who will help me and my family find the right home, and on a tight budget.

Thanks in advance!

Hey Damian,

Where are you moving from?

What are you looking for in your home in Sugarland?

-How many beds&baths?
-What is your budget?

Moving from out in the boonies in California.
I'm looking for a home that is 2 stories, 2 or more baths, has 3 to 4 bedrooms that are not all tiny, and has a good size back yard. For the square footage 1900 minimum, but preferably 2200 to 2500.

As for the budget, $220,000 is the maximum, but would like to barter for lower, I do not want to be house poor.
