I do hope he looses a big chunk of money and he learns how to be a good neighbor in his life journey. What goes around comes around they say, right?
Two wrongs don't make a right. But I would do the same thing.

Ha that's pretty funny.

I've never understood why some people leave $100k worth of vehicles in the sun and rain so that they can fill their garage with $5k worth of junk.

However - I'd still rather live in a neighborhood where a few people leave cars on the street than in a neighborhood with onerous parking restrictions.

Haha! Petty, but I'd probably do the same thing. Lol.

That's pretty funny and something I'd probably do too but I wouldn't want that comp out there for my house.

Unless you are ready to sell, or refinance, there is no glory in high neighborhood comps driving-up your property tax assessment.

Do you live near the OP? Seriously man, just put the cars up so they can sell their house? [end sarcasm/]
