To play devils advocate. After this line of subdivision is built out and the developers are working on stuff even farther west , that the builder mix and amount spent on marketing it will matter less than factors like School zoning, proximity to the freeway, etc. For instance, I have no clue who developed or built in Kelliwood or Green Trails, but I would rather live i. Green Trails given proximity to I10. I like the way Cross Creek looks but I think that Trails of Katy proximity to I10 is a plus. If you're going to live as far as Cross Creek, you might as well go all the way and live in Fulshear (yes I live in Fulshear). I take 359 to I10 but the times I go down 1463 or 1093-to-99.... wow it can be pretty bad. I vote ToK but by a thin margin. One negative to ToK is that the adjacent communities are at a lower price point than the big MPCs to the south. You have ToK, Anserra, Willowcreek farms, Jordan Ranch, and Young Ranch all right there. I personally think that a diverse price point is healthy but I know that the lower priced communities have greater potential to go down. Will that area be a ghetto in 30 years? Who knows... by then we'll be discussing the latest Newland community in Sealy....

what's the fulshear parkway status? That moves CCR up the charts when done in terms of commute..also when Spring Green is finally a straight shot that's another option also
