Not bad. It did increase, but reasonably. I didn't lie in a new homeowners form that they sent to me few months after the purchase and gave them the real purchase price. The new appraisal value is below that price.

Unchanged for our primary residence. Still showing "pending" for our flooded rental property, which was reappraised after Harvey.

Our home didn't flood but our subdivision did, our value was unchanged for 2018.

Values for primary and rental was unchanged. Homes did not flood but not a miles away tons of homes did.

That explains it. Our area did have many damaged homes from the hurricane but ours didnt.
