Any comments, suggestions on which builder. We are looking right now at Merrick homes (not sure if correct spelling). Thanks for your help

That is a very nice neighborhood. Good choice. Merrick does build nice home as far as I know. I haven't heard any complaints about them.

I believe it is Meritage that we are talking about. I thought Merrick didn't look right. Meritage did build some nice homes over in Memorial Springs.I don't know if they are building in Northpointe. I belive those builders are J. Patrick, Carlisle, Kimball Hill, DR Horton and some others. It is avery nice area over there.
